Requesting a new node for n8n that integrates OpenAI’s gpt-image-1 model to enable advanced image editing via natural language prompts. The node should support:

  • (Hopefully) Inpainting: Remove or modify specific areas of an image using prompt-based instructions.
  • Multi-image input: Accept multiple images in one execution for batch processing or comparison-based editing.
  • Flexible input formats: Support common formats like PNG and JPG for easy integration into existing workflows.

This would unlock powerful use cases in creative automation, product photo editing, marketing content generation, and more — all without needing external tools.

I agree this would be cool and a good addition to the OpenAi node.

I’m guessing it might already be possible through the HTTP Request node - going to give it a go and see!
