Pro plan upgraded to 50K Exec. previous execution limit still enforced + no human response (production impact)

Hello I have the same pb as G_V in dec 2025 Pro plan upgraded, execution limit still enforced + no human response (production impact) . To summarize the situation:

  • I upgraded my plan from 10,000 to 50,000 executions/month last week
  • Payment was successfully processed on 22 April
  • However, the dashboard still shows 10,000/10,000 executions, and our workflows are at risk of being blocked
    This is clearly a backend provisioning/sync issue on n8n’s side — not a usage issue on ours. We have already paid for the higher tier and should not be penalized for a bug in your upgrade system.
    I opened a ticket sev1 early this morning but still no answer (T-60468) !!! I need to provide visibility to the business. Anyone at n8n can you help ? thanks

Although you should head over to [email protected] for clear guidance on that, I believe that this should get resolved in a week or so, but if this does not, then the n8n team can really get back to you. @bartv

Thanks for your feedabck and advice @Anshul_Namdev , I wil ldouble my ticket with a mail to [email protected], but I hope you assuption “a week or so” is not a reality, otherwise I don’t know how I can explain to 20 people that their system is blocked for one week because apis are down ..

@Olivier2, that was the longest period (a week or so), as this gets settled instantly. This should automatically get resolved if not, you have already forwarded your ticket to the billing address of the n8n help desk, so that would get some help.
