Hello,
I have successfully completed all the requirements for the n8n Foundations Professional Certificate.
My dashboard shows:
- Congratulations! You have successfully completed all the requirements.
- 3/3 Earned Certificates.
- All three course certificates have been earned.
However, I have not received or been able to access the overall Professional Certificate.
Could you please check whether my Professional Certificate can be generated?

Thank you.
My professional certificate is not verified. it is showing does not exist. even though it is there
The certificate verification is not for programs.
Hi all,
only for my understanding. The progress is stopped at 68% and i can not progress any more. Is this related to the issue “professional certificate not generated”. I have jumped directly to the final questions, does this close the course automatically and maybe thats my fault?

Hello,
Please start your own topics. This is not related to programs bug. The reason you have not passed QS101 is because you have not completed any of the hands-on exercises in the Working with data section.
cheers,
Hello @jamiemadden_n8n,
I have completed the 3 trainings.
This unlocked access to the professional certificate, however when I click on it, it says “server error”. What should I do?

I am also facing the exact same issue for more than a month now.
@jamiemadden_n8n When will it be fixed?
Hello,
This is a known bug in our LMS software upstream. As it is open source, we need to wait for the core developers to address this issue. It is not a high priority for them so I have no estimated time for a fix.
cheers,
Hello,
I see people on LinkedIn who are able to get their certificate and post it.
Why does the bug persist for us?
Do you have a solution?
Hi @Hugo_Steiner
Unforutunately it is an inconsistent issue which is hard to replicate and due to this the bug is still not resolved. We are using open source software for our LMS and we must wait for a fix from the developers.
cheers,
