Describe the problem/error/question
We are currently running a n8n Startup Plan hosted on SERVER1 and everything is doing well (hosted on AWS).
We are currently in the process of migrating everything on another server, the instance is already running on SERVER2.
But right now we are unable to apply our licence key to the new instance as well. I guess there is a kind of conflict between these two.
Its impossible to retrieve the Startup account on the new instance.
I’m not sure on what the key is connected to ? Email address of the main account ?
Should i get another licence key from the Sales team ?
What is the error message (if any)?
No error message, just impossible to add the key to the new server instance
