P.P.S maybe n8n team can do something about limiting job posts since 99.99% are just outsourcing and testing who’s hungry enough to sell own Integrity for nothing.
That’s a great question.. honest answer. I don’t post in forums often, I’ve being doing automation work in the telecommunications space since, early 2000’s. Before REST existed, and most things were still perl, php.
Low code wasn’t really a thing, functionally until the like of zapier, make and n8n came along - where it was both flexible enough, and powerful enough to catch my attention.
We actually end up directing many of our customers, for “one off” integrations, that we don’t want to bake into our core product, or don’t offer serious strategic value. As n8n grew, and so did it’s nodes, and use cases, it’s become more interesting to me to want to schedule one on ones with those in the n8n community to help them understand our API kit.
We are considering building custom nodes for our suite, but have an RESTFUL API suite, and have Webhooks for data stream.
We are working with the access layer at many telecommunications companies, and personal and billing, PII. So - I just don’t post. I understand how to integrate but want to find some of the “best” and capable. We have about one hundred partners right now, and the desire for people to integrate, into our platform is real. So we focus on open frameworks, and I’m trying to build a rolodex and great relationships of people who deliver in this community.
I’ve got integrity, and 20 years of automation and telecom experience to boot. We want to work with great people, that can glue things together in our partner network. I hear you however. It’s tricky, because it’s competitive out there.
