We are urgently looking for an experienced n8n automation expert to build and maintain complex automation workflows across multiple systems. This is a hands-on role focused on real production workflows, not demos or experiments.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and improve advanced workflows in n8n

  • Integrate email services (SMTP, Gmail, Outlook, SendGrid, Brevo)

  • Connect and manage databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Airtable, Supabase)

  • Integrate messaging tools such as Slack and WhatsApp (Twilio / WhatsApp Business API)

  • Work with webhooks and external REST APIs

  • Handle authentication (API keys, OAuth2, tokens)

  • Add error handling, retries, and basic monitoring

  • Document workflows clearly and simply

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with n8n

  • Good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, and JSON

  • Experience integrating multiple third-party tools

  • Ability to debug and maintain production workflows

  • Able to work independently and take ownership

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with AI / OpenAI integrations

  • Experience with self-hosted n8n (Docker, VPS, cloud)

  • CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
