I think it’s a bug in the binary file transfer. Because in the first case it works perfectly but to send it somewhere else it bugs

So the download is no longer a problem, just the upload? Does this work fine with smaller files? Or is this a general problem with uploading any files for you?

For a smaller file ( 750 ko) it works perfectly

It might be worth a shot (if you can do so temporarily). You can also verify this first by running your complete workflow on your local machine where you would typically have more RAM available.
