In n8n prior to v1.112.0 when a workflow with respond to webhook had an error this would respond with a 500 status code. How can I configure workflows in n8n v1.112.0 and up to have this same behaviour? Redirecting error outputs of all nodes in a workflow does not create a nice readable workflow so adding default behaviour would be nice.
