Is there is REST API documentation on managing the workflows available?

Welcome to the community 
We don’t have an official API at the moment. Hence, we have no documentation for that. The API might change in the future (when we release it), and so we don’t advise on using it. However, you’re free to use it, just keep in mind that you will have to update your workflows when the API is released 
Thanks for the information @harshil1712. Having the official APIs would be really useful. Is there any plan on having them soon? Also is there a roadmap/milestone available to see what are the upcoming features? I am interested in a few improvements/features and probably can try contributing as well.

We do have plans to release an official API! I’ve created a feature request: Official n8n API Please share your use cases and make sure to upvote. This will help us cover all the required functionality when we build the API
We don’t have a public roadmap. However, you can always check the Feature Requests and the GitHub issues to know what features/issues the community is interested in! Looking forward to your contributions!
