That is very odd, Did you have anything else in your workflow? Do you also have an execution log for the run?
Just a slack reminder to a team members. I can paste whole thing if needed.
Logging was not enabled.

The entire workflow would be handy but the execution log would have been really handy.
Hey, I have added environment variables to docker-compose.yaml as seen in https://docs.n8n.io/hosting/logging/ , but now I am not sure what do I need to do (and where) next.

Looks like there is nothing odd there, The workflow log is set in the workflow itself in the settings rather than an env option but it might be useful to have both.
Sadly though we would need to wait for it to happen again so we can capture the log info.
