First time with n8n. I am trying to send details from a transportation service request to a outlook calendar.
I followed the instructions and installed the webhooks addon to the site with gravity forms. I have added the outlook create event to my workflow and added the credentials. When I set it to test workflow I am getting a single entry on the calendar but just at the time of my test. it does not contain any of the form submission details like I would like it to do. I would also like it to post to the date selected in one of the fields being submitted.
So, I guess my question is how do i assign the form fields to post as an event on the correct date.
This is for a limo service. When the customer agrees to the quote the site owner can using gravityflow change the entry status to a reservation and in an approved state which is when I want to trigger the job details to post to othe outlook calendar. Something like client first and last name, pickup address date and time and possibly a couple of other fields.
Any help or direction is appreciated.
