We’re looking for the real, human impact behind your workflows: automations that have made a genuine difference at work, in your community, or in your personal life.
We plan to showcase more of these stories across our channels in the coming months, giving you a chance to inspire the community and get recognition for the impact you’ve created.

What’s VideoAsk?
It’s a simple tool that lets you record short video or audio answers directly in your browser, no downloads needed.In your VideoAsk, please:
Introduce yourself
- Who are you, and where are you based?
Tell us your story
- How do you (or the person you’re telling us about) use n8n? What problem were you trying to solve?
Show us the impact
- Describe the workflow that made a difference and what changed because of it, for you, your team, your business, or your community.
Community Connection
- How being part of the n8n community has impacted you? Are there any experiences you’d like to share that you think would be valuable for others in the community?
No need to be perfect or polished. We care about authenticity and impact, not production quality.
How your video will be used
Your VideoAsk won’t be shared publicly. Our team will review all submissions internally, and we’ll reach out directly to selected participants to discuss next steps and any potential use of their story in more detail.
