Need simpler feedback system to tell you what is wrong.
My use case:
this forum is very hard to use. So I don’t give much feedback. You need feedback. I need to know that you are interested in feedback. If you are not interested in feedback then why should I use your system. You need feedback but make it too hard on a system that is already too hard to use. So I think why should I spend time learning this difficult system when it will not improve because you do not get feedback and thus the platform will not succeed and I will loose all my work when it fails. This is a big deal. Very hard to use anything on this system. At least make it easy to give feedback. Otherwise I compeletely loose hope in your platform.
