SQLITE_FULL: database or disk is ful

I’m using the cloud hosted version. When trying to download an mp3, I get this error " *SQLITE_FULL: database or disk is full"

How can I clean the database on the cloud hosted version?

This should not usually be required, as the volume in use should be expanded when needed. Can you confirm if you’re still seeing this problem? If so, can you share the workflow you are currently running so I can get an idea of what it does (you can of course redact anything confidential in there, especially credentials)?
