But When I select 1792x1024 resolution quality it throws an error

That looks like Telegram is not happy with the URL it is being sent, In the input is it showing a URL?

but when the ‘send node’ is successful for 1024x1024 resilution.
The URL format is same as the failed attempt (1792x1024)

They all look good to me, Do the URLs that are returned actually work? Is there a maximum resolution / filesize that Telegram supports as well?
telegram filesize limit is 20mb. this image gets max 7mb
URL are valid. but strange that, when I select anything other 1024*1024

It isn’t that the URL pattern is unsupported in the node it is Telegram that is rejecting it for some reason. Did you change anything else in the workflow?
Only change I made was the image resolution from the dropdown from open ai node.
Telegram rejection is ODD here because both the image URL is identical here

They do look to be the same, I am wondering if Telegram has an issue with the data itself. Out of interest can you share a screenshot of the workflow execution when it fails? Maybe there are multiple input items and once of them doesn’t have a URL.
