Telegram Trigger doesn't receive any data

So before someone says there are other threads with same problem, no, I’ve checked all of them and they’re not the same.

I’m running n8n locally and i used --tunnel to open, it works fine but when i actually try to test the telegram trigger it just keeps “listening” and doesn’t come up with anything when i send something to the bot, it did work when i tried on the cloud free trial, but I’d like to be able to run it locally please, I’ve tried ngrok and didnt work also

I think Telegram requires a SSL certificate
