Telegram webhook not working

n8n is installed on the local computer. I launch n8n via tunel , after launching n8n via the command line, webhook telegram works for several 2-5 minutes and stops working. What could be the problem?

How did you setup the webhook? - I tried n8n grok but still when i click execute workflow it says bad http request .

I am also runnin n8n locally.

Please share your experience with running the webhook locally.
