Not sure if I got it correctly.
Does the workflow work with option to add n8n attribution in test and production?
I thik it is important to exclude other possible failure reasons before narrowing down the hypothsis down to n8n attribution option.
On other nodes that offer n8n attribution management (e.g. Gmail / Send message) it causes no issues.
