Unable to Access Professional Certificate After Completing All 3 Courses

Hi everyone,

I’ve completed all three of the n8n courses, but I’m currently unable to access my Professional Certificate.

Whenever I try to open the certificate, I get a “Too Many Redirects” error. I’ve already tried:

  • Clearing cookies and browser cache
  • Using a different browser
  • Accessing it again after logging out and back in

Unfortunately, I’m still getting the same error.

Has anyone experienced this issue before, or is there a way to resolve it? I’d really appreciate any help.

Hi @Abdullah_Ijaz Welcome!
The program-level certificate is broken on n8n’s Academy platform, which is why clearing cookies and switching browsers made no difference. Individual course badges still issue, and n8n has said outstanding program certificates will be assigned automatically once the fix lands, so there is nothing to do on your side.
