Hi.
I am using n8n cloiud.
I am trying to persist a credential obtained via a http request. To credential type is Header Authorization.
I can “manually” update de credential. I am trying to update via n8n API call.
I was able to “create” a new credential. But I was not able to PATCH an existing credential.
Is there another way to do that?
Hi @jgggr , I am afraid there is currently no supported way of updating credentials through the REST API. I can see you have already voted on the respective feature request, so let’s hope this will be implemented in the future.
I can see the public API was only merged in June this year - nicely done! I would like to add a use case for getAllCredentials AKA a GET /credentials endpoint.

Did “credential update request” implemented? That would be useful now, otherwise I need to delete credentials and create again

That did not get implemented yet and will, if implemented, be probably be only available with the Team plan.
