I’m planning to create a chatbot company that automates patient communications for clinics and hospitals in Brazil. I’d like some clarification on two important points:
Whitelabel access for clients:
Is it possible to whitelabel the platform so that my clients (clinics/hospitals) can log in to their own dashboard, view the automated messages, and eventually respond directly to their patients? For reference, I’m looking for something like this example: Screenshot by Lightshot

Pricing for multiple clients:
If I have many clients, would I need to pay $297 for each client I onboard, or is there a different pricing structure for agencies managing multiple clients under one account?
