Describe the problem/error/question

Execution stopped and threw Error, even though there is no crashed node in the workflow.
Also, duration of execution is incorrect - I was monitoring the execution for more than 10 minutes. IN Executions tab, it shows 4 minutes, which is not right.

Every opened node shows the same message for both input and output:
