Workspace is down/support not responding

Describe the problem/error/question

Our workspace has been completely down for 24 hours. It fails to restart and support has not answered in 18+ hours. We’re running n8n cloud v2.1.4. I’ve tried turning off community nodes, but to no avail. We run some critical systems for clients on this instance that I’ll need to rebuild from a new account or something if they don’t get it online or respond, so I wanted to check to see if there are any emergency methods of contacting n8n or other tricks to get a dead workspace to reboot without them.

Have you tried to access already the Admin panel(Magic Link)?

If this doesn’t work, I think only a n8n staff can look what is going on with the instance.
