Workspace offline (503) More than 24 hours! - How Do I Fix It?

My workspace has been broken for over a day - getting desperate!

• n8n version: 2.1.5
• Database: n8n Cloud (managed)• EXECUTIONS_PROCESS: n8n Cloud (managed)
• Running via: n8n Cloud
• Operating system: n8n Cloud
• Workspace: mastermind.app.n8n.cloud

I keep getting “Workspace offline (503)” but my admin panel says everything is online. Makes no sense!

I have been waiting forever, restarting, emailing support yesterday - nothing.

I got so desperate that I ended up creating another account, just so our customers weren’t waiting any longer. But if a team member does help fix the issue, I would love it if you could let me know what I did wrong so that I do not do it again in the future.

Please help: Has this happened to anyone? I really need my workflows back - they run business!

Yep, that usually a OOM(out of memory)… a spike in resource consumption (can you share an image with the workflow?).

And if you already tried all is permitted (admin panel, restart etc…), only a n8n team member can look into this(here @Jon_James can assist, when he is arround)… be sure to send him your workspace ID and ticket nr in DM.

You do not have an n8n workspace associated with your account. Set up a workspace to run in the cloud and execute workflows.
