My workspace has been broken for over a day - getting desperate!
• n8n version: 2.1.5
• Database: n8n Cloud (managed)• EXECUTIONS_PROCESS: n8n Cloud (managed)
• Running via: n8n Cloud
• Operating system: n8n Cloud
• Workspace: mastermind.app.n8n.cloud
I keep getting “Workspace offline (503)” but my admin panel says everything is online. Makes no sense!
I have been waiting forever, restarting, emailing support yesterday - nothing.
I got so desperate that I ended up creating another account, just so our customers weren’t waiting any longer. But if a team member does help fix the issue, I would love it if you could let me know what I did wrong so that I do not do it again in the future.
Please help: Has this happened to anyone? I really need my workflows back - they run business!
