Account restricted META

Hi, i tried the n8n cloud to automate message sending via META and whatsapp. Recently, Meta has restricted my account see

Since I have not done any other automation the only way this was restricted is because n8n. I have reached out to n8n support email to delete my account completely but see that I can still login and find one workflow json in it. I need a confirmation email that there is beyond a reasonable doubt of anything automated - Who can I reach out to to make this happen?

And has this occurred before? Or is the vague reasoning something unrelated to n8n?

It’s unfortunate, but this doesn’t seem directly related to the tool you’re using, whether it’s n8n or something else.

Based on the screenshot, it looks like Meta enforces strict policies around automation, and that may be the reason for the restriction.

Frustrating - well I am only FB / META for marketplace - and the closest thing I have to automation is the small n8n trial I used to automate sending message between discord / whatsapp. I understand n8n might not want to take accountability for this, but I am doing my due diligence to at least delete my account completely and make an appeal to FB with evidence of complete deletion of such “automation tools”.

So where/who should I ask to to delete my account completely? because [email protected] did not respond at all.
