I am working on the AI Automation N8N to upload videos to Instagram using Facebook. I am using the Facebook Graph API and noticed that Instagram does not allow us to upload MOV format files. It only allows us to upload .MP4 files. If someone can help me with this, I would appreciate it.
Hi @Muhammad_Faizan1 i think this is a general issue with the instagram reels uploading errors. My friend also has this issue and he his working hard to find a solution to it soon. I will let you know if he finds a solution and you can also let me know if you discover something that works.

Use ffmpeg to convert it to mp4 file and then upload it
