API-Server can not be reached. It is probably down

I am a bit ashamed to ask you again for help :smiling_face_with_tear:

I feel like something I missed, is any other file than CONTRIBUTING.md where I can read about setting project up?

Now I am struggling with connection to n8n backend, I run npm run dev and go to 127.0.0.1:8080 and see this error:

Also, after npm run dev finish setting up, I see on console local and network address, but in seconds npm thing that some file was changed (while I didn’t change anything), it’s normal, isn’t it?

Did you run Lerna and build before npm run dev?

I mean I did, but sometime ago, so I thought it was enough, but now it helped.
