I’ve been experimenting with n8n’s queue mode and finally put together a complete Docker-based setup that includes Redis, Postgres, and proper volume and port configs — all tested on Windows 11.
I spent a good amount of time figuring this out, documenting the tricky parts, and taking screenshots throughout the process. I’ve written it all down in a detailed Medium blog — not for self-promotion, but to save someone else from the same headaches I went through
