Hello, i’ve tried several times to make a new account on the site but it doesn’t work. Please help me to create the account.

it gives me an error and says like this: There was an error while setting up the account. Please try again. every time i try to make it

i tried 3 different browsers, i dont have an account on this email and it doesn’t work. I don’t know what else to do to make it work.
