Certificate grade reversed after issuance — n8n Quickstart (Umair Imran)

Describe the problem/error/question

Hi n8n Academy team,
I’m writing about a discrepancy with my n8n Quickstart certificate. I completed the assessment and was issued a certificate showing a 71% passing grade, dated July 12, 2026 (attached).
My score has since been changed to 62% in the system, with no notification or explanation. The quiz questions are now locked, so I’m unable to retake or re-verify the assessment even if that were requested of me.
I also noticed a community forum post acknowledging a bug where “program certificates and badges are not working” and progress is “not marked correctly” (Program Certificates and Badges Issues). I suspect this is the cause of the discrepancy in my case.
Could you please:

  1. Confirm whether my account was affected by this known issue
  2. Restore my original 71% passing result, consistent with the certificate already issued
    I’ve attached the original certificate as proof. Happy to provide any additional account details you need.

Hello,

It looks like your AI Agent workflow didn’t register the hands on check. You will need to re-run your ai agent workflow to register it.

We had to make an update to that assessment which is why it may have reset your progress for that. All you need to do is run the workflows again and it’ll make them completed.
