I am posting this as a new question since I have some more focused information. We are anticipating putting N8N workflows in a production setting but need to be sure the operation are stable before committing to support clients, and upgrading to a more expensive plan. I did not see anywhere to raise a Support Ticket.
Describe the problem/error/question
Here is the issue. We are using Cloud Version [email protected]. We have 1 Email trigger that works perfectly but that is the only one we can get to fire automatically.
We have tried to set up other workflows, with a different email account on the same server. The results are very consistent. When we execute the flows manually, they work perfectly. If the N8N Instance is restarted, the flows work perfectly.
However, the workflows never trigger automatically. Even if I point a workflow at the credential of the workflow that works, it never fires automatically. Only the one workflow and one credential fire automatically.
Note that the control panel from the IMAP server shows active connections, just nothing triggers when an email comes in.
What is the error message (if any)?
There are no logs or errors, I am not sure what detail to post.
