Deleted account?

If I made an account with a free trial that expired, by buying the subscription will I get my projects back? Or would they have been deleted permanently?

(Following information is only relevant to n8n Cloud plan users)

If you upgrade to a paid plan within 28 days after your free trial ends, all your workflows and projects will be right where you left them once you upgrade.

If you upgrade after that 28-day window, you will no longer see your workflows when you sign in again. But we do keep backups of your workflows for a little longer in Cloud, so if you reach out to the support team at [email protected], we might be able to restore the backups for you manually.

In general, we always recommend that you export your workflows to your local machine before the trial ends :slight_smile:
