[For Hire] Zapier or Make -> n8n migration, fixed price, with the failure paths actually tested

Most migration posts promise that your workflows will “work in n8n”. The interesting question is
what happens the day one of them doesn’t.

That is the part I build and the part I show you before you pay anything.

What I hand over on every job:

  • Your Zaps or Make scenarios rebuilt in n8n and run against your real data before switchover.
Nothing is cut over on the strength of “it should work”.
  • An error path on every external call: retry with backoff, and if it still fails, the caller gets
an explicit error instead of a silent success, plus an alert naming the record that was lost.
I test this by deliberately breaking the target system, not by assuming.
  • Duplicate protection. The same submission arriving twice updates the existing record instead of
    creating a second one.
  • A one-page handover document: what runs where, which credential each node uses, what to do when
    an alert fires.
  • Run records and screenshots of the tested failure paths, sent as part of delivery.
  • 14 days of fixes after delivery at no extra charge.

Why people move: Zapier meters tasks, so the bill climbs with volume rather than with how much
you actually built - a few multi-step Zaps running at volume is what pushes people onto the
USD 100+/month tiers. Self-hosted n8n has no task metering; the recurring cost is a small VPS,
usually USD 20-30/month. I will run that arithmetic against your actual plan and task count and
tell you what you would really save, before you commit to anything.

Fixed prices, so you know the total before I start:

  • USD 350 - up to 5 workflows migrated or built, 4-6 days
  • USD 850 - up to 15 workflows including custom API and HTTP steps, 10-14 days
  • From USD 120/month - ongoing monitoring and fixes
  • Not sure yet? Send me your Zap list and I will tell you which ones are a straight port, which
ones need rework, and which ones are honestly better left on Zapier. That costs nothing.

Everything runs on your account, your server, your credentials. I never hold your keys, and the
setup instructions are written so you enter them yourself.

Fully async. Written updates and an annotated delivery report with screenshots instead of live
calls, so you keep a record of every decision and review it on your own schedule.

Two honest limits: I do not do voice AI, and I do not take work where the automation’s job is to
scrape a system I have no written permission to touch.

have escrow.
