Hi Daniel,

I’m an automation expert with strong experience in Zapier, Make.com, and n8n, and I’m very interested in this role. The project of migrating and optimizing workflows to n8n is exactly the kind of work I specialize in.

I have a deep understanding of APIs, JSON, and webhooks, and I’m skilled at debugging and rebuilding complex workflows to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness.

As a recent example, I successfully built and documented a comprehensive lead-enrichment automation from scratch using n8n and other tools. You can view the full project, including the Loom video and documentation, here: [https://polite-rugelach-4a99b5.netlify.app/

I’m available to discuss your needs and a potential start date whenever you are.

Best regards,

Victor

Hi Daniel,

I’m a software engineer turned n8n developer - and I’m constantly working with both n8n and Make.com, and a few years before I used Zapier quite a lot too.

I’m also proficient with Python+Node, building API integrations, and my workflows are scalable, maintainable, and well-documented.

For my n8n portfolio, check out:

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi Daniel,

I have extensive experience working with Zapier, Make.com, and n8n, with a strong background in migrating and optimizing automation workflows. I’ve successfully handled projects involving:

  • Migrating workflows between platforms (Zapier → n8n, Make.com → n8n), including rebuilding where direct import wasn’t possible

  • Designing scalable automation setups with efficient API integrations and webhook handling

  • Debugging and troubleshooting workflows to maximize reliability and cost-efficiency

  • Optimizing execution speed and reducing operational costs through workflow refinement

  • (Optional when required) Using custom scripts in JavaScript/Python for advanced automation logic

I’d be happy to discuss your existing workflows and outline the best approach for migration and optimization. Let me know a good time to connect.

Hi Mital,

Thanks for reaching out. Your background with Zapier, Make.com, and n8n sounds like a strong fit for what I’m working on. Can you share your expected salary range and your earliest available start date?

Hey,

I got you, I have been building all forms of automations for the past 2 years and have built 100s of flows for my clients. Have worked with all sorts of companies and gotten them 10s of thousands in revenue or savings by strategic flows. When you decide to work with me, not only will I build this flow out, but also give you a free consultation like I have for all my clients that led to these revenue jumps.

I have built a similar workflow like this for one of my clients. I can not only share that but also how you can streamline processes in your company for faster operations. All this with no strings attached on our first call.

Here, have a look at my website and you can book a call with me there!

Hi @Daniel423

I specialize in migrating and optimizing workflows across Zapier, Make.com and n8n, with deep API integration expertise (JSON, authentication, custom webhooks). Where direct migration isn’t possible, I rebuild flows natively in n8n with API-first reliability and optimized execution costs.

I am building a very similar workflow for one of my clients currently as well as for my agency’s internal automation pipeline. I can show you how you can streamline processes in your company for faster operations as well: https://calendly.com/\_hashlogics/abdul-basit

Hi Daniel,

I’m available to get started on your project right away. My rate is $20 per hour. Please let me know a convenient day and time for you to connect so we can schedule a meeting and move things forward.

I’m Maneesh, an automation developer with hands-on experience in n8n, Make.com, and API/webhook integrations. I’ve built and migrated workflows for real businesses, including:

  • Migrating workflows from Make.com into n8n (API integrations, Google Sheets sync, webhook-based triggers).

  • Building appointment booking and reminder systems (n8n + Retell AI/Vapi + Cal.com).

  • Optimizing workflow reliability and costs by using error handling, retries, and efficient node setups.

I can help migrate your Zapier/Make workflows into n8n, rebuild them where needed, and ensure they run reliably at scale.

Hey @Daniel423

I’ll help you seamlessly migrate your Zapier and Make.com workflows to n8n while optimizing performance and reducing costs. With expertise across all three platforms, I’ll ensure zero downtime during migration and improved reliability in your new n8n setup.

Here’s the approach:

  • Audit existing Zapier/Make workflows and map migration strategy

  • Rebuild complex automations in n8n with enhanced error handling

  • Optimize API calls and webhook configurations for better performance

  • Implement proper authentication and security protocols

  • Test thoroughly and provide performance benchmarking reports

Hello @Daniel423 ,
I have hands-on experience with Zapier, Make.com, and n8n, including migrating complex workflows, setting up API integrations and webhooks, andcost-efficient, reliable automations.

I’ve worked on projects where automations had to be rebuilt manually in n8n, optimized for performance, and extended with custom scripting (JavaScript/Python) when APIs required additional logic. A recent , I migrated a multi-step lead management workflow from Zapier to n8n, reducing execution costs by 40% while improving reliability.

I’d be glad to discuss your workflows, map out the migration approach. Would you like me to share a few detailed case studies?

Best,
Chanchal
