Gmail to Hubspot deal creation (Help)

Hi, I am new to n8n and I need to automate a task from gmail to hubspot deal creation, so the flow will be:

  1. read the sent items to ANY where there is a message in the body “Quotation” + with attached file (AMGT-MABO-*.pdf) IF yes next step
  2. It will parse the PDF file to get the quotation no and total amount, this will be use to create a hubspot deal on Hubspot if email is existing create Hubspot

  • Deal NAME = receipient email + Quotation no.

  • Deal Amount = PDF total Amount, if not in AED it will convert first to AED then saved.

    3. If not existing contact in Hubspot

  Create contact using the email then create the deal same as the previous scenerio.
