If your sheet has a title or notes above the table, the Google Sheets node reads row 1 as the header, so your fields come out with the wrong names (or as empty columns). The fix takes one minute.
- Add a Google Sheets node and choose the operation Get Row(s).
-
- Open Options, add Data Location on Sheet, and choose Specify Range (Rows).
-
- Set Header Row to the row that holds your column names (in my sheet: 4) and First Data Row to the row below it (5).
- Header Row is counted from the top of the sheet, not from the start of your data. With three lines of notes above the table, the header is row 4. After this change my node returned all 138 rows with the correct column names.
