n8n-app has not completed the Google verification process. The app is currently being tested, and can only be accessed by developer-approved testers. If you think you should have access, contact the developer.

That measns there is an error with the app you created on the console account. You should add the emails that you need to use with on the gmail account to get access eg as the support email, then go back to n8n and log in
