Got error E-403

Hi! I have the problem with choosing plan. When I choose one of the offered plans, I get the error E-403 (see screenshot). Please help.

No, the issue hasn’t gone away. I checked it out just now. The same thing.

sometimes they block certain locations, I would try reach out via [email protected], personally I would just use railway cloud or host on my own server using k8s / dockers etc

Maybe stupid question but what happens when you click contact support? :grin:

Seems like a paddle error. This the payment provider not n8n itself.

am guessing he tried that maybe, and then reached out here because it didn;t fix anything lol, but yes ure right seems like payment provider issue.

hmm what else I don’t think N8N take payment others ways for cloud I could be wrong, though.

Paddle is our payments provider and their E-403 error is linked to restricted locations.
Some countries/regions are not supported due to international sanctions, banking regulations, and compliance policies.

If you keep seeing the error, I’d venture its due to your current location.

You’re right @King_Samuel_David in that we don’t currently have another payment provider besides Paddle.
We have recently added Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal to our payment options, where we used to only accept cards. But for this error in particular these alternatives won’t really help.
