Just to share a quick update in case it helps others:
I wasn’t logged in when I clicked the purchase button — it just redirected me to a payment page. I paid via SumUp, got a payment confirmation screen, and… that’s it. No email was requested, no follow-up, no download link, nothing changed on the original page. The purchase button stayed the same.
I reached out to SumUp support. They confirmed the payment and sent me a receipt, but they didn’t provide any info about how to get the actual template or contact the seller. I’ve sent a follow-up and am waiting to hear back.
Really hoping this is just a technical error and not a scam. Will keep you posted. If anyone figures out how to actually receive the purchased workflow, please share
I completed the purchase via Google Pay without being logged in, and I’ve found there’s no apparent way to contact the seller afterward. I’m addressing this to the n8n team @bartv .
While I completely understand that n8n may not be responsible for third-party transactions or the content others sell, I believe there is a level of responsibility to ensure buyers have a way to reach out to sellers—especially if something goes wrong. This would allow users to verify the seller’s intentions and protect against potential scams. Selling products online without any form of traceability or support seems problematic, and I hope this can be addressed moving forward.
I would recommend trying to reach out to the seller also, I think you can see who posted it on the template, am sure providing proof of purchase they would provide it. I think n8n mentioned on another post recently they are looking into this further too.
