[Hiring] n8n Specialist for Automated B2B Lead Generation Systems (Ongoing Work)

I run a digital marketing agency. Looking for an experienced n8n specialist to partner with on an ongoing basis.

Two projects to start:

Project 1: B2B lead gen for a workplace food solutions company expanding in Poland. Need to automatically find and qualify companies with 50+ employees, enrich with decision-maker contacts, AI-score for fit, output to Google Sheets/Airtable. Runs daily.

Project 2: Lead gen for a European fintech company. Need to identify newly registered businesses, e-commerce launches, startups across Europe that likely need banking/payment services. AI-score by likelihood, enrich with founder contacts, output daily.

What I’m looking for:

  • Someone who has built similar scraping + AI qualification workflows in n8n
  • You propose the architecture and data sources — I want your expertise, not just execution
  • Working proof-of-concept with real data before full payment
  • Long-term collaboration: these are the first two of many workflows we’ll need built
    Ongoing: maintenance, optimization, and new workflow builds as we scale.

I recently built a workflow with Apollo’s API and n8n to collect decision maker contacts from specific industries (biotech) in USA. WIth several rules to prequalify.

Funny timing - I literally have two production workflows that do almost exactly what you described.

One is a lead intelligence system: webhook catches incoming data, AI analyzes intent and scores the lead, then a separate AI call researches the company, generates a personalized outreach message, and routes everything by priority to Telegram. The other is a company research pipeline: takes a company name, runs DNS lookups to figure out their tech stack, scrapes the website, feeds everything to AI to build a company profile, then outputs a clean report.

For your Poland project - I’d pull company data from business registries and Google Maps, filter by employee count, enrich with decision-maker contacts through API calls, then let AI score each one against your ICP. Daily cron trigger, deduplication against master list, output to Sheets or Airtable. Same architecture for the fintech one, just different data sources and scoring criteria.

For the two workflows you described, here’s how I’d architect them:

Workflow 1 (Food sector companies, 50+ employees):

LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo.io API → filter by industry/headcount → AI scoring node (Claude API) with custom criteria prompt → deduplicate against Airtable/Sheets → daily scheduled output with confidence scores. Data freshness: daily delta only, not full re-pull.

Workflow 2 (Newly registered EU businesses):

EU business registry APIs (Companies House equivalents per country) + Crunchbase/Clearbit enrichment → AI qualification (payment service fit scoring) → founder contact enrichment via Apollo/Hunter → daily output to your preferred CRM/sheet.

Both built modular — easy to adjust scoring criteria, swap data sources, or extend to new markets without rebuilding from scratch.
