How to access attachments in gmail trigger node

Hi , everyone im facing problem in accesing the attachments in gmail , while using my gmail trigger node , for all the solutions i have seen it all says that there is “OPtions” option but i cant really find it in my any of the node when i am chosing to get the message option , kindly help me out t solve this

Toggle off ‘Simplify’ option and new fields will appear(refer to image).
