Hey @jan question have you used intercom? If so which do you think is the action most people would use?

adding a lead?
add a note?
create a user?

I used it a little bit. But but not that much. Anyway, what people need the most which such systems is normally:

  • add/edit lead
  • add/edit user
  • add/edit company
