Is it possible to redirect to a new tally form with node webhook response?

It doesn’t work for me, i’ve a first tally form to webhook my workflow, i compare the name write in the form with a google sheets and then i want my workflow to redirect to another tally form. My workflow worked with jotforms but not with tally
