Is it safe to use foreign MTProto proxies with my Telegram account long-term?

Hi everyone,
I’m hoping to get some advice from the community regarding the use of MTProto proxies.

Currently, I am using MTProto proxies from various countries listed on the website https://telegramproxy.info/, and the connection has been very stable and reliable.

However, I have some long-term concerns about my account’s safety, and I couldn’t find clear answers. My main questions are:

Account Integrity: Are there any known risks to my Telegram account from using third-party MTProto proxies like these?
Risk of Being Banned: If I continue to use this service long-term and frequently switch between proxies in different countries (for example, connecting from Germany one day and Singapore the next), could my account be flagged or potentially banned by Telegram for suspicious activity?
The reason I am asking for this information is that I am considering introducing this solution to my colleagues at my company. Before I recommend it to them, I want to be absolutely sure that it is a safe method that will not put our accounts at risk.

Has anyone had experience with this over a long period? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t believe this is much of a n8n question really, which is fine, just lowers the chances of getting a proper response here. Sorry this isn’t too helpful, hope somebody knows the answer and can help.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

I am in Vietnam. My country just blocked access to Telegram at the end of last month. This is probably nothing new for some countries where it was blocked before, but it’s getting a lot of attention in our country right now.
