we are currently on 1.120.4 and are trying to migrate to 2.X.
Therefore we have been searching for the migration tool in settings. But it appears to be nowhere to be found. Is this an common issue? I dont think i can find it.
N8N Cloud and community edition are both effected for us.
@Parzival12 I think the main reason you cannot see the v2 Migration Tool is that it was introduced in n8n version 1.121.0, and you are currently on version 1.120.4. i don’t think this tool is available in older versions like yours.
First, upgrade within the 1.x series, you need to upgrade from version 1.120.4 to the latest available version in the 1.x series e.g 1.121.4
After the successful upgrade to version 1.121.x, Navigate to settings > Migration Report
This process should give you directions to migrate to v2
