Hello, not sure if this is a bug or not, but the documented “Append n8n Attribution” option seems to be missing from the n8n Form Trigger node.

Hi @Spartak_Buniatyan, that was released with version 1.39.0.

Thanks, I just tried it, and it seems like there is a UI bug where the “options” disappear when “using “Respond to Webhook” node” is selected. See attached image.

Thanks for the report, I have just put in a PR to fix this. Once reviewed and merged it will be available in a future release.
