N8N in digitaloceaaaaaaaaaaaannn

I’ve seen and rewatched several videos on how to host n8n on a digitalocean server, and it only worked once

I managed to log into n8n but seconds later I saw that the webhook wasn’t working, so I reset the server

I’ve followed the step by step thousands of times and the only reason I don’t give up is because I’m already taking this to myself, it’s the same feeling of trying several times to defeat a very difficult boss and with each death you learn a new move.

But I feel like what I’m doing is useless and I’m going in circles

the last error I came across was about the caddy container (I have no idea what that is)

Does anyone know an alternative and viable way to install n8n on the digital ocean server?

It looks like your topic is missing some important information. Could you provide the following if applicable.

  • n8n version:
  • Database (default: SQLite):
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main):
  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app):
  • Operating system:

Hey @WAWAWO,

Welcome to the community :tada:

The documentation we provide for installing n8n on Digital Ocean still works and would be the best guide to follow.
