I’m writing to address an issue with my n8n subscription.
I originally purchased the plan to test a workflow, but it didn’t work for my needs. I emailed support requesting a refund and clearly stated that I no longer needed the subscription. Since I couldn’t cancel it myself, I asked for cancellation through that email.
I received a reply late, and due to work, I didn’t see it in time. Now, I’ve been charged again, even though I had already requested a refund and cancellation earlier.
I contacted my bank to dispute the charge, but they refused. I’ve now emailed again about this and still haven’t received a response.
Please resolve this as soon as possible. I’m requesting a full refund for both charges, as I was unable to use the service and cancellation was delayed due to slow support.
I have had some sort of the same issue with the support team. I had a double payment done for an n8n subscription, so i figured i would be able to receive one back. However, nothing heard from the support ever.
Actually right now i found another e-mail adress, so maybe i was sending it to the wrong email. You can try this one, [email protected], after sending an e-mail i received an notificaiton they will try respond within 48hrs which i didnt had on the other email
