I wonder what serious backend problem might happened in the system.
In 9 June 2025, I had just started registered to trial version of n8n. The registration process was good and succeeded. Then I tried to login for 1st time and found a message as follows:
No workspace here (404)
Your workspace was taken offline. This usually happens when a trial or subscription has ended.
Are you a workspace owner? [Open Admin Panel]
Then, I click to Admin Panel, and it need a valid email to request a magic link. It was verified succeeded and the magic link was sent successfully.
But I had never received email even I tried several times.
Today, 12 June 2025, again I tried to login, and STILL got the same issue with the same proceeses.
I have read others same problem and do the solutions that said works, like:
- Restart Computer
- Clear browser chache
- Using VPN (which is seem so funny)
- Using icognito/private browser
But all still the same. Until I found an old messages that there are same problem in old time in Sep 2023 and the team said it was caused by : “… The faulty component in the Azure data centre”.
Now to ensure that, we hope the n8n’s team observe this clearly so even the trial version is work properly before we decided to use this in the future.
