Not receiving my Level 2 Test results

Hi, like others, I’ve also completed my quiz and did not get my level 2 test results. My level 1 test results came fine.

I’m also not receiving Level 2 Quiz result, and Level 2 activity completion is not showing in the validator. I have check the validation requirements and activity input is correct, re-run the workflow and still not reflecting progress. I already have a badge for Level 1: 40b1519b650a4637c3466055464c8cec

Already got Level 2 activity progress and quiz result. What I did is to register to the level 2 activity by clicking the Sign-up Here and received another set of details to be used in level 2 activities.
